I went to LA for two main reasons. One was to get chased down by a street gang and beaten to a pulp, which I almost successfully accomplished. The other reason was to meet some of the people involved in a new project I’m working on. Olive Crest is an excellent national organization for abused and neglected children who are at high risk of living on the street. We’ll be putting on a benefit concert and exhibition for them at the Beverly Center in Beverly Hills in October 2008. Actor Perry King is the Olive Crest spokesperson and Sandy Otsuji is its director.
