Tonight I drive to L.A. I’ll be there for a week of exploring its urban rot at night… with my camera of course! And I have a series of meetings related to a show in October. I have teamed up, through my friend and rep Robert Dills, with Olive Crest, a home for abused and neglected children. They are a great organization with over a dozen centers in the West. They provide safe homes and specialized schooling for kids who might otherwise be living on the street.

In October, a fund-raising exhibit of my Alleys will be launched, around which we’re putting together a gala event featuring a number of stars, including Broadway star Brent Barrett (a collector of my work) who will be doing a show-stopping performance.
